This medical salt, which had been made and kept within a medical family for ages, was born by 3rd generation Dr. Kim Il-hoon who was called a divine doctor and hero of the century. 9-time bamboo salt is made by repeating melting and hardening 9 times using a pine wood fire after putting West Sea salt with bittern removed for 3 years into bamboo shoots. Insan bamboo salt is rich in minerals including calcium, iron, copper, zinc, germanium and potassium.
